Are you claiming Input Credit which is blocked under GST?

In this 7th part of GST Series, we have covered cases where Input Tax Credit (ITC) is not available in GST!
In general, to be able to claim ITC, the inward supply must be used in the course or in furtherance of your business for providing taxable supply.
But in some cases ITC is not available even if used for business purposes!
 
Section 17(5) of CGST Act covers Blocked Credits under GST.
